Content good but user experience bad

Although the content of the App is amazing, the user experience is pathetic. Screens take forever to load ( load time is poor) and especially in low network/ bandwidths performance is worst with crashes and endless loading. Furthermore I really had to struggle to find direct options - like accessing and playing all my downloaded songs. Some serious redesign in terms of user experience must be made to retain premium/paying users like me.
Nevertheless the content is great and latest songs are available...kudos for that!!
