u guys have to update in newer version every day.Same like exactly saavn ganaa apps they bringing always newer version and something new inside in apps for example crystal clear sound or Dolby experience and more and in rewards u have to put more rewards for example new movies or new electronics.and u guys also have to put more videos songs and u guys have to put Ai inside in app u also can do more with or in apps

Veeeeeeeery slow app..always showing something went wrong..they have content…what they does not have is a good app..

I recently took subscription and here are my observations so far: 1. Serious issues with the player. If you start a playlist, next song won’t start by itself until you open the app and play song by pressing the play button 2. Though you select HD streaming audio quality, it keeps playing low quality audios even if network is very good 3. Audio quality is nowhere near to apps like YouTube Music, Amazon music, Spotify etc. 4. It doesn’t allow me to edit profile, there is no option to edit mobile number 5. Deleted playlist appears again Makers of this app has to fix the bugfixes if they want a serious business Another issue - i am based out in USA and it doesn’t give me new movies songs like Animal, The Archies, Dunki, Fighter etc. already reached out to support and haven’t heard back.

Equalizer is not working, cant select equilizer

Such a slow app. I can’t open my playlist if songs are playing. Out of nowhere the app will stop working. “Something went wrong, please try again” I’ve seen this error message if not more same amount of songs I have listened. Such a useless app!

Ads are too many if not subscribed. Uninstalled as it is quite unusable.

It always hangs when i change the song . It give very late response while liking the song or switching the menu to home to other . I always face these problems . Developer can u please solve these problems and provide us better experience . The main reason u are not getting viral like spotify or other app is ur user experience . So please fix it in next update .

Best app ever.. superb sound quality.. when you type “arijit songs”.. it gives all the songs sung by arijit, unlike spotify which shows songs of random singers too.. nd unlike gaana which shows only 10 songs of arijit… it’s free to play all songs unlike save.. trust me I have downloaded them all.. old is always gold..

Dolby Atmos quality available in android apps but why not for iphone apps ?

The updated app is horrible 👎🏻nothing works,especially the radio ..the old version was better..

Music player is plain broken, downloaded 100 songs and when I go to play only a dozen play! It freezes after every second song. Same for playlists, seems like app does not really work with ios!

Please improve your search engine , hard to find specific song or movie , it’s almost impossible.

It’s all 2 years back songs or albums I see unless I purchase premium, this is not good.

Hello , i just simply like this app so much i tend to spend half of my day listening to this app. Above all, i like the rewards which helps me keep going. Please fix the shuffle and replay option its not working and please add some more albums from 70’s, 80’s and 90’s . I request you to fix the player shuffle and repeat options to work. The playlist just continues to play in the same order everytime Thank you

It’s really good and really useful for ios. I like it and everything is good and just free of cost. Amazing and worthy app.

New and old coin redemption made it worse. I used to have 10000 coins legit and then it said to login again

Can’t create playlist, can’t save any songs/albums to listen later. Not much information on artists, incomplete database of songs and info. Song qualities are decent though.

When I am playing my favorite songs, player stops after 3 songs. It should stay continued until it finishes all the favorites.. No??

I love the app specially the feature where you can use the coins to get subscription and also to buy amazing gifts, so five starts for that. And coming to the point why 1 star, well that is because my subscription ended last month and since than I am trying to use my points to renew my subscription but for last 1 month it is showing rewards under maintenance. Now come on how long to fix the site. One month is just too much. Please do something about it soon.

Loved the fact that Hungama appreciate the customers love by backing their time with coins that can be used to buy the subscription. It is a testimony in itself that they know they are popular and the best; and they love their customers back in the same way as loved by its customers!

I have bought pro version even though there are very few Hindi new songs. I don’t recommend pro version for everyone who is looking for new Hindi songs

This app was enjoyable before but now .... it glitches so much ...whenever I’m not using Hungama and I’m on some other app it randomly starts playing random songs onall of a sudden and then when I go to the app and shut it down , in two or three minutes it starts playing random songs all over again . I tried restarting my iPhone but that doesn’t solve the problem. So I deleted the app over two times and downloaded it again to see if maybe that would solve the problem...but it just doesn’t work . This has got me so annoyed. I would appreciate if the developers actually worked on fixing this problem or responded to this .

I used to redeem my coin to get Hungama Pro music facility. But suddenly you have stopped that option. It was a very popular feature. Can you start this option again ??

I have been using hungama for the last 3 years now. I had an issue with login on hungama. I raised a complaint and hungama team resolved my issue with utmost care and also compensated with the extended plan date. I love the music created playlist by hungana and also the feature that you can create your own playlist. I recommend using this app.

The user interface is very bad. Looks very cheap. It’s uncomfortable. Also ads are scattered everywhere. Spend some money on making good user interface. Music collection and quality is good.

I just found out about the website and I was glad to find some good trance classics that you can listen for free. I still can’t find some of my albums of my youth especially from Europe but at least you can check out the sounds of some mainstream dance for free.

Collection not so good and biggest drawback not compatible with Sonos speaker and Alexa or google system. Certainly wasted time & money updating to pro for 1 year

I really like the app and has a good collection of songs. However I give it a 3 star because the search function does not do a good job of looking at the library and comes with no results. Additionally with the latest update in Dec 2019, the next song starts randomly from any point. I have downloaded several songs and placed them in playlists, however the first song will play well, but the next song will start somewhere in midpoint. I may have to ditch the app if this is not corrected.

I have 90,000 coins and trying to use it to renew my Hungama pro membership but cannot use it. When i am on redeem coins page it shows coin balance as 0.

The coin section, it’s not working fully. It shows only 20 coins, I listened to many songs but still stuck with one. Don’t know if there’s a bug with the app but I also had many coins and it all disappeared. Anyway hungama app was good. Also it have ads in it. But after a lot of updating I start to dislike it. I do know for a fact that when an app starts to update a lot just remember it’s time to remove an app from the phone. I tried to look for a contact email but can’t find any..

I enjoyed this app for over 3 years, I guess. It was a 5 star app but now it has become extremely irritating by constant advertisements. I used to play music and read a book or just loved listening to non stop music but suddenly ads started popping up in between, totally breaking the relaxation time. Sometimes I used to sleep with songs playing in the background. Recently I woke up with sudden advertisement sound in the middle of the night. In half asleep state it took couple of minutes in shutting this thing off. Result : my family woke up too. Disappointed by it now. I had recommended this to many. Now all are uninstalling this app. Sadly, am uninstalling it too. :(

Whenever i open the application to listen to songs it just shuts down completely, like as if it has crashed and it become extremely irritating as I normally listen to music when going for a jog , this app always breaks my rhythm. Please developers fix this !!!!!!!!!

I have been using this app for a while now. I began using it from 2017 but as more updates comes through it see harder to navigate. But recently I have been having issues in trying to redeem my points. The app shows I have 29,465 points and when trying to redeem the points it shows 0. What’s going on.

Have been using this app for an year now. Was great, now pathetic. Lost my 27000 plus coins and most of the time playing ‘I am not a robot’

The new version of the app is so bad. I can’t even redeem out points either. I even wrote to support hungama but, no reverts. I have over 26000 coins and when I try to redeem they show its 0. The new update and makeover is so bad.

This app mentioned that first downloaded 20 songs will be available offline but they do not let you download more than two songs...
